What is your cancellation Policy?
At Sugar Salon, we understand that life can get busy, and plans may change. To ensure that we can accommodate all of our clients effectively, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a 50% cancellation fee. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter, as it allows us to maintain the highest level of service for all of our valued clients.

For our existing clients we offer complimentary bang/ fringe trims to help maintain your style. Just give us a call to see if we are available and we will work you in our schedule to the best of our ability. We believe this is part of your haircut service and want you feeling the best even in between cuts

No! With the upgrades made to the parking policies in the downtown area, it’s easier than ever to park nearby and walk just a few feet to our front door. For your convenience, there are parking meters available on the street, as well as parking garages located throughout the downtown Helena area.
